In conjunction with the diocese and parish 5-year plans, Ave Maria is dedicated to initiate programs and processes that will provide leadership and enable the parish to achieve its short and long-term goals, such as:

1. To have in place, a life-long learning faith formation process;
   
2. To study the Church's teachings on Evangelization and work to aid and enable groups within our parish to bring God's word to all; and
3. To ensure a Social Justice Leadership Committee has been formed to promote, learn, educate, serve, and enhance social justice according to the model of Catholic social teaching.
